Confusion often arises about the difference between an accident and negligence, and this is tackled in our Accident or Negligence? booklet. The guide aims to help people understand the difference between an accident and negligence and correct common misconceptions about how the law applies when a person has been injured by someone else. The booklet has received a positive response in many quarters including MPs, councils, play organisations and schools. We hope to distribute it even further to ensure people are aware of their rights and responsibilities.
