The APIL kitemark provides a recognised standard of competence and specialist expertise for solicitors and barristers dealing with personal injury claims.

Our scheme is monitored by an independent council and when you contact your chosen solicitor we urge you to check your solicitor is APIL accredited.

There are different levels of accreditation which APIL lawyers can achieve depending on their expertise or amount of experience. All accredited APIL lawyers have at least five years' experience of handling personal injury claims.
