Parliamentary room -> Early Day Motions (EDMs)

Early day motions (EDMs) are a great way to raise awareness of an issue and bring it to the attention of MPs, although they are very rarely debated on the floor of the House of Commons they are very useful campaigning tools.

Here you can find relevant EDMs from the 2014-2015 session of the House of Commons.

EDM 29 – Safety of Polypropylene Mesh Devices
EDM 93 – Mesothelioma Research Funding
EDM 158 –

Campaigns

Tailgating campaign Tailgating achieves nothing but an increase in the potential for painful injuries for the innocent driver in front, and a higher insurance premium for the offender.
Whiplash campaign Most people who suffer whiplash injuries are honest. And whiplash certainly isn’t the ‘epidemic’ it is often portrayed to be.
