About Natalie Hirst
I am a Senior Associate Solicitor and Senior Litigator accredited by the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
I specialise in medical negligence, helping individuals who have suffered complex and avoidable injuries, or even death, because a medical practitioner has breached their duty of care. This includes claims where individuals have suffered orthopaedic, neurological or organ damage due to delayed diagnosis, misdiagnosis, inappropriate treatment or surgical errors. I also handle claims involving failure to diagnose or late diagnosis of cancer. In association with Haemochromatosis UK, I specialise in claims involving genetic haemochromatosis. Untreated genetic haemochromatosis can lead to serious organ damage and even death of a loved one.
After university, I gained several years of secretarial and paralegal experience at Allen and Overy and ASB Law. I joined Moore Barlow LLP (formerly Barlow Robbins LLP), initially in the dispute resolution team before qualifying into this team.
I am passionate about securing compensation and improving the quality of life for claimants who have suffered life-changing injuries because of the negligence of others. I want my clients to feel heard and for them to fully understand what can be a complex area of law. That means I always take time to explain the legal jargon, leaving my clients reassured and confident that they can hand over any stress about the process to me! I have a keen eye for detail and will leave no stone unturned to get the best results for my clients.
