- The art of communication
- Breaking down the communication process including:
- The speaker & motivation
- The message/content
- The audience
- Different means of communication
- Feedback (verbal and non-verbal and how to respond to it)
- Going back to breathing
- Feedback and summary of the day
As well as focusing on the practical elements of public speaking the whole day will be underpinned with confidence building, dealing with nerves and will provide strategies for the participants to take away.
