About Sofie Toft

I am a Partner at Irwin Mitchell specialising at high value complex personal injury litigation. I represent people who have suffered brain or spinal cord injury, amputation or complex orthopaedic injuries. I also represent families in the event of a fatality. I am an APIL Accredited Senior Litigator and Brain Injury Specialist. The focus of my work is to ensure that my clients have access to the rehabilitation and support they need so that they can work towards regaining independence following an injury, such as making a return to work and resuming their previous lives as far as possible. 

I am hugely proud to be a Non Exec Director of Chiltern Music Therapy, a non-for-profit organisation that works to provide access to music therapy and neurologic music therapy for children and adults with neurological injury or disability.
