Imogen Lowden qualified as a solicitor in 2019, having trained at Irwin Mitchell in Court of Protection, medical negligence and serious injury teams in both Irwin Mitchell’s Bristol and London office. Imogen joined Irwin Mitchell’s serious injury team in London in 2018.
In April 2023, she joined Stewarts’ Personal Injury team as an Associate. Imogen specialises in high value claims including road traffic accidents, employer’s liability and occupier’s liability claims. She has experience representing both adults and children who have sustained catastrophic injuries and has been involved in a number of multi-million pound settlements.
Imogen is accredited as a litigator with APIL.
