About Alicia Townsend
I started working at Irwin Mitchell LLP in November 1994 and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2006 and I have extensive experience of dealing with personal injury claims.
I currently work in the Serious Injury Department dealing with serious life changing injuries ranging from severe orthopaedic injuries, spinal cord injuries and traumatic brain injuries arising from road traffic collisions, employers liability, occupiers liability and public liability claims.
An important part of my role is ensuring that clients who have sustained such permanent life-changing injuries through no fault of their own, they receive appropriate rehabilitation to promote their independence.
