About Amber Braybrooke
I am an Associate Partner specialising in serious and catastrophic injury claims. I act for those that have suffered life changing injuries including; serious orthopaedic injuries requiring prosthetics, spinal cord injuries or traumatic brain injuries.
I have been involved with the London Bridge Inquest following the London Bridge/Borough Market terrorist attack in June 2017, the Salisbury nerve agent/novichok attack in March 2018 and the Plymouth shooting attack in August 2021. I assisted those that lost loved ones or sustained serious injuries.
I have successfully concluded hundreds of personal injury cases in my 10-years experience including catastrophic injury cases with settlement values in excess of £1million. I have dealt with cases arising from road traffic collisions, accidents at work and public and occupiers liability cases. I have a specialist interest in Fatal Accidents and Dependency claims. I have provided training to Family Liaison Officers and Senior Investigating Officers regarding the same.
As a mother, of two boys, family is everything. I am extremely passionate about helping those affected following fatal, serious or life changing injury. I actively engage insurers on getting early access to rehabilitation and / or interim payments to help support families through this difficult time.
