Andrew Otchie is a barrister who takes direct instructions from the public. ‘Direct access’ allows members of the public and organisations to instruct a barrister without having to go through a law firm.
About Andrew Otchie
I am Barrister representing Claimants in personal injury cases. I have undertaken advocacy courses in the University of Oxford and the USA. I have been a tenant at 12 Old Square Chambers since 2010 and built up a strong following from a broad range of Solicitors. I enjoy working with a diverse client base and also undertake work in employment disputes.
Whilst based in London, I am happy to travel for work and will take on cases on a CFA basis. I will also take on pro-bono work in appropriate circumstances. By hard work and dedication to duty, I have helped to achieve good results for many injured people in numerous cases at trial, or in pre-trial negotiations.
I am also authorised by the Bar Council to accept instructions directly from the public and conduct litigation.
