About Ashwini Kamath

I trained with Irwin Mitchell LLP and qualified into the Serious Injury team (Manchester) in 2010.  In 2019 I moved to CFG Law as an Associate Solicitor, and was promoted to Senior Associate in April 2021.  I exclusively act on behalf of Claimants and my practice consists of brain injury, spinal cord injury, complex polytrauma, fatal accidents, OL and EL claims. 

I pride myself on being able to quickly establish an excellent rapport with my clients and my approach is to leave no stone unturned when it comes to fighting on their behalf , whilst balancing this with managing expectations.  I believe in straight talking and not making unrealistic promises. 

I am a trustee and Chair of Headway Warrington, part of the national Headway charity which supports survivors of brain injury and their families, friends and carers, and as of March 2020 I was appointed as the North West Regional Rep for Headway UK.  I am passionate about supporting this charity and the wonderful work that it does, both for survivors of traumatic acquired brain injuries and those whose brain injuries have arisen through illness.
