About Brian Robinson
Brian Robinson qualified as a solicitor in 1991 and has been a member of APIL since 1994.
In addition to being an APIL accredited senior litigator and occupational disease and asbestos specialist he has also been a member of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel from 1994 to date.
In 1994 he was awarded the Manchester Law Society/ MMU Diploma in Personal Injury Litigation with a distinction.
He is also a qualified civil & commercial mediator.
Brian has extensive experience in all aspects of occupational disease including asbestos litigation.
From 1988 to 1997 he worked at Clifford Johnston & Co and gained extensive experience of all aspects of criminal and civil litigation including personal injury litigation.
From 1997 to 2010 he worked at Jack Thornley & Partners representing trade union clients many of whom were suffering industrial diseases.
From 2010 to 2014 he was Director of Industrial Disease & Clinical Negligence at Stripes Solicitors and represented numerous Claimants in all aspects of industrial disease including asbestos and vibration claims, serious injury claims and clinical negligence claims.
From 2014 to 2018 he was Head of Litigation and Associate then Associate Director at Roberts Jackson Limited.
From 2018 to 2023 he was employed as a senior solicitor at MRH Solicitors acting for Claimants in multi track claims including industrial disease, clinical negligence and EL, OL/ PL and RTA claims many of high value.
From 2023 he has been employed a senior solicitor in the Serious Injury Unit of Fletchers Solicitors now Serious Injury Law representing Claimants in high value RTA, EL and OL/PL claims.
