About Claire Lowe

I am a Solicitor with 29 years personal injury work experience. I started to work as a young adult for a law firm in Nottingham in 1995. I later joined a firm in Chesterfield as Legal Executive dealing with motor claims, in 1997 I moved on to a national firm of solicitors in Sheffield for 16 years dealing with RTA personal injury claims during which time I completed my LPC and qualified as a Solicitor , the RTA claims I ran were a mix of minor matters through to catastrophic and fatal injuries. I joined Hopkins Solicitors in 2013 where I have dealt with all types of injury claim work since of accidents at work , public liability claims , clinical negligence , dental negligence , fatal accidents and industrial disease. The highlight of my career to date was being the instructed solicitor for the Claimant in the court of appeal case of Rogerson v Bolsover district council in 2019 on the issues of a landlord’s duty to inspect. I enjoy working in personal injury law helping clients seek justice for negligence.
