I am a Partner in the Clinical Negligence Department at Wolferstans Solicitors.

I specialise in complex, high value brain injury claims however I also act on a diverse range of clinical negligence cases, which require specialist input.

I am also a Director and Trustee of Friends and Families, in Plymouth. This is a local charity committed to providing exciting experiences for profoundly disabled children, which they otherwise might not be able to access. They support and empower families of children living with a disability whether it be visible or not, offering advice on services in the local area.

I have worked in the field of medical negligence for over ten years. During that time, I have had the pleasure of assisting many families at a time, when they are often very vulnerable and needing expert support and guidance. My priority is making sure that people feel listened to and understood.

My firm works closely with a number of local charities including Headway, First Light, The Primrose Trust and Plymouth Dementia Action Alliance.
