Practice Areas

Specialism catastrophic brain and spinal cord personal injury including professional negligence cases. Acted for the Claimant in Wilkinson v Churchill referred by the Court of Appeal to the ECJ. Several multimillion pound settlements which include the case of Jackson involving PPO settlement at over £7 million and E, where damages of £16 million were recovered.

Qualified in 1988, becoming a Partner in Pannone & Partners in 1990. Managing Partner and Head of the Personal Injury Department. The firm has 19 fee-earners specialising in catastrophic injury cases and provides Deputyship and pro-bono welfare benefit advice for those with head and spinal cord injuries.
