Iain is a Senior Solicitor at Fletchers solicitors and is proud to supervise a team of excellent lawyers. He and his team are dedicated to ensuring his clients can maximise their life after injury.
Iain is an APIL Accredited Senior Litigator and is a member of the Law Society’s Clinical Negligence Accreditation scheme. He is also a solicitor-advocate, with Accredited Higher Rights of Audience.
Iain specialises in catastrophic injury clinical negligence cases and has recovered tens of millions of pounds in compensation for his clients and has achieved many multi-million pound settlements. Iain largely investigates clinical negligence claims for brain injuries, spinal cord injury, amputations and birth injury.
