About Jack Lloyd
I am a Chartered Legal Executive lawyer in the Serious Injury team at Irwin Mitchell's Southampton office, acting for clients from all walks of life who have suffered life-changing injuries. These injuries can result from road traffic accidents, accidents at work, accidents in a public place, defective products and more. My practice includes acting for clients with a number of different injuries including orthopaedic injuries, internal trauma, brain injury and spinal injury, along with acting for families of people who have been killed in accidents such as road traffic collisions.
I qualified in 2016, and have a total of 10 years experience in personal injury law. I specialise in road traffic accidents, and have acted for drivers, passengers, pedestrians, passengers on-board buses, coaches and taxis, HGV drivers, PSV drivers, cyclists, motorcyclists and people involved in motorsport. I have a strong passion for road safety.
I am strongly client focused, and believe that rehabilitation plays a crucial part in a successful claim. To that end, I will always work with the Defendant insurer to ensure clients receive the best rehabilitation possible and, if liability is denied, will guide clients through the litigation process whilst ensuring that all possible NHS support is being utilised.
I am also the Chair of Trustees for Headway Southampton, a brain injury charity supporting survivors of brain injury.
