Jill is head of the Personal Injury team at Fieldfisher, London. She specialises in high-value, catastrophic injury cases, particularly involving brain damage, amputation, spinal cord injury and fatality in the UK and internationally.

Her focus is always to intervene on behalf of clients quickly and effectively to get them the specialist medical care and support to help them recover and rebuild their lives as far as possible. She is known for her dogged determination in pursuing insurers and other professional bodies to achieve the absolute best for her clients.

She is passionate in her support of victims and their families and seeks to use the law to campaign for the most vulnerable.

In her work representing UK victims of sexual assault by Harvey Weinstein, Jill has become a spokesperson for fairer treatment of rape victims. She also campaigns for unified support for victims of terrorist attack, while representing those injured at Westminster and London Bridge and Finsbury Park Mosque. She is also known for her work for children affected by Ecoli 0157 and for highlighting safety issues around bedside cots.

Jill was elected Treasurer in 2018 and holds APIL’s Senior Litigator accreditation.
