Jonathan is a Partner in the highly regarded Augustines Injury Law team at VWV LLP. He has over 25 years’ experience of running complex, high value, personal injury litigation.

Jonathan specialises in brain injury and other serious injury claims. He also regularly represents families in the coroners courts and in subsequent compensation claims for fatal accidents. He also has expertise in clinical negligence including mental health and self-harm/suicide cases.

He is a former trustee of Headway the brain injury association and a Fellow of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. He has lectured and written widely on legal issues.
