I have been practising in the field of clinical negligence for over 16 years and have gained significant experience and extensive knowledge in that time of all types of case within this area. I have a particular interest in injuries sustained during or shortly after birth, and have represented vulnerable clients in very high value cases of that nature on many occasions, obtaining large compensation payments on their behalf to enable them and their families/carers to access resources otherwise inaccessible to them to improve their quality of life. I have represented families at inquest on many occasions, both in respect of deaths arising out of medical malpractice but also deaths from other causes but notifiable to the Coroner. I have experience of every type of Clinical Negligence case, either as the solicitor handling the case or the supervisor managing it with the conducting solicitor.
