About Ken Thomas
Ken Thomas is an APIL Senior Litigator and Clinical Negligence Panel Member , heading up the specialist Clinical Negligence team at Harding Evans LLP. He has acted on such cases since 1992 and is a member of the AvMA Panel of accredited solicitors.Ken specialises entirely in clinical negligence and has secured millions of pounds in damages for clients in respect of cases against GPs, hospitals, dentists, opticians and pharmacists. He is regularly asked to contribute to media stories regarding negligence and has previously been voted Welsh Lawyer of the Year. The Harding Evans Clinical Negligence team is based in Newport and Cardiff but acts for clients across England and Wales and is one of the largest such teams in the country, offering advice on all types of claims, including birth injuries as well as offering representation at Inquests.
