I am a Partner in the Serious Injury department in Irwin Mitchell's London office.
My team and I fight for clients who have sustained life-changing injuries as a result of a road traffic collision, an accident at work.
I am an APIL accredited Senior Litigator and an APIL accredited Brain Injury specialist.
My main focus is to settle liability for the injuries sustained at the earliest opportunity, pending which our Client Liaison Manager will become involved to maximise my client’s entitlement to statutory services, to organise and chase up referrals.
Through the effective use of the Serious Injury Guide, the legal claim can be used to fund a client's rehabilitation and maximise recovery. Our team's aim is to put a care package in place together with all the recommended therapies in order to restore our client's quality of life as much and as soon as possible after the accident.
I was a Trustee for Headway North West London (Brent and Harrow) for 4 years. I was also a Trustee for Roadpeace, the national road safety charity for over 8 years.
