I am an Associate Solicitor within the Serious Injury Team in Southampton and specialise in claims for adults and children arising from work and road accidents as well as accidents in public places or due to defective products, with a special interest in brain and spinal injuries, orthopaedic injuries including polytrauma, amputations as well as chronic pain conditions. I also represent clients in fatal accidents claims by acting for families (including families located abroad). I qualified in 2009. My focus is on the injured client, and obtaining earliest possible rehabilitation through interim payments or the Rehabilitation Code in order to achieve the best possible outcome. Having sustained a personal injury, myself whilst serving in the Royal Navy, my aim is to make a real difference through my involvement. If liability is denied, I use my experience to guide my clients through the litigation process utilising NHS resources in the best way possible or utilising any resources such as our in-house Irwin Mitchell Support and Rehabilitation Coordinators.
