Lianda is an APIL Fellow, and is accredited as a Specialist in Personal Injury law by the Law Society of Scotland. She has extensive experience of representing clients in both the Sheriff Courts and Court of Session. Lianda has experience of dealing with a wide range of workplace, road traffic, and public and occupier liability claims, and most injury types ranging from painful sprains and strains, to complex and more serious injuries including fractures, amputation, facial injury and scarring, somatoform, chronic pain, loss of senses, and spinal (non-cord) injuries. She has a particular interest in motorcycle accident cases. Lianda is a partner based between Digby Brown LLP's Kirkcaldy and Dundee Offices, and is involved in overseeing the specialist Digby Brown Motorcycle Law Department with a team of dedicated injury lawyers covering the whole of Scotland, spread over 7 offices giving local service to clients.
