About Lorraine Finney
Since qualifying as a solicitor in 1992, I have devoted my career to helping the innocent victims of accidents whether at work, on the roads or when out and about. I am passionate about securing the best outcomes for my clients whilst offering them the support they need throughout the claims process.
I have successfully settled over 2,500 personal injury cases during my career (for both adults and children) with settlements ranging from a few thousand pounds to six figure sums. I am particularly experienced in dealing with serious road traffic accidents, accidents at work, and accidents in public places.
During my career, I have worked all over the country for several national firms and smaller niche firms but only ever as a Claimant personal injury solicitor, so I have extensive experience in the personal injury field.
I have recently joined Scott-Moncrieff & Associates Ltd, a major London firm as a Solicitor Consultant but most of my clients are based in Derbyshire and the surrounding counties – I have lived in Derbyshire since 1997 so I am available if they need me.
I have been described as approachable and that I go the extra mile.
