About Louisa Saville

I am an Associate Solicitor in the Leigh Day asbestos team based in Manchester. I specialise in asbestos litigation. I have worked exclusively for victims of mesothelioma, lung cancer, pleural thickening and asbestosis for the last 10 years. 

I act for Claimants across the country and abroad. I work mainly for Claimants in Greater Manchester, Cheshire and Merseyside areas and have close links with the Asbestos Victim Support Groups in these  areas.

I am experienced in submitting claims to the Turner & Newall application scheme, securing compensation for former employees of the T&N companies. 

I was the lead Assistant Solicitor on the case of Heneghan  vs. Manchester Dry Docks & Others and worked on both the High Court Claim and the appeal to the Court of Appeal.

I was part of the team instructed on behalf of the Asbestos Victim Support Group Forum UK as interveners in the case of IEGL vs. Zurich before the Supreme Court.
