Client, John Kerr, said about Madelene: “Throughout the five years our case took, Madelene never wavered in her commitment or endeavours on our behalf. Always positive but completely open and honest in her advice and any suggested course of action. Many times during the process I felt it a struggle to keep things going but Madelene’s passion, understanding, empathy and ‘never give in’ attitude kept things moving forward. Always putting the family first in any dealings with us, it felt like she was one of the family and that our case was just as important to her as it was to us.”
