I am a Partner specialising in clinical negligence claims, I work from the Manchester and Liverpool offices of Irwin Mitchell solicitors. I have specialised in clinical negligence claims since qualifying in 2007 and APIL has accredited me with Senior Litigator status and Clinical Negligence specialist status.

I represent clients in a wide variety of matters, all where they or their loved ones have suffered injury as a result of substandard medical care. This care could have been provided by the NHS or in a private clinic, by their GP, local hospital or other medical organisation.

The cases that I have pursued on behalf of my clients include birth injury, still birth, delay in diagnosing cancer, gynaecological and spinal injury cases. I also have a particular interest in cases involving delays in treating Herpes Simplex virus resulting in brain injury, and cases involving substandard medical care resulting in avoidable hysterectomy and fertility issues.
