About Martyn Gwyther
Martyn Gwyther is a Team Manager for overseas accident claims at Thompsons Solicitors.
Martyn has vast experience in representing those who have suffered catastrophic and life-changing injuries, such as brain injuries, spinal injuries, amputations, or serious burns. He is based in the Manchester office, but represents clients nationwide.
In addition to his experience representing clients who have had accidents abroad, Martyn has run cases that include securing almost a million pounds in compensation for a man who suffered life-changing injuries as a result of an accident at work. He also represented the family of a man who took his own life after two workplace assaults caused him to suffer severe physical and psychological injuries, securing £400,000 in compensation.
