Clients have commented "You made me feel at ease when talking to you - I knew I was in the best hands; There is just one word for you magic; Thank you so much for going the extra mile for me; and finally, because of the award x now owns his own home and can have some independence in his life. Thanks."
Examples of recent cases are; six figure damages recovered following a significant back injury for a passenger in a road traffic accident, advising a widower and achieving damages following a delay in diagnosing prostate cancer and failure to treat a child’s congenital heart disease such that she was left with permanent physical and neurological deficits. Settlement enabled her to move into an adapted and suitable home. Acting for a man whose leg was amputated following a delay in treating an infection.
