About Mike Shiers

Having graduated from Exeter University with a law degree, Mike worked in London to complete his post graduate training. He joined Nash & Co in 1993 and was made a partner in 1996. He heads the Injury department and has been a member of the Law Society’s Personal Injury Specialist panel since 1996 and is an accredited Senior Litigator of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. Mike has a wide injury practice including, head and spinal injuries, fatal claims, and clinical negligence. Mike is responsible for Regulatory Compliance in the firm and for the firm’s Lexcel Quality Kite Mark Standard. Mike lives in Ivybridge and enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 daughters. His spare time is spent trying to tame the family’s mischievous terrier together with the odd game of tennis and visit to the gym.
