About Rachel Hicks
I qualified as a solicitor in September 2016 following completion of my Training Contract with BLM. I worked in the Catastrophic Injury department. I then moved to Irwin Mitchell carying out Asbestos Related Disease work between November 2017 and January 2022. I joined Royds Withy King's Industrial Disease Team in London in January 2022.
I have a wide range of experience in dealing with claims for mesothelioma, asbestosis, asbestos related lung cancer and pleural thickening. I represent both victims of asbestos work related illnesess and their families. I have obtained funding for my clients to receive private non NHS funded immunotherapy treatment.
I am an accredited Litigator of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL). I enjoy being involved with the fantastic charities HASAG and Mesothelioma UK.
