About Rebecca Hearsey

Rebecca qualified as a Barrister before working as a para-legal in a High Street firm undertaking mainly Personal Injury and family work. Rebecca joined Irwin Mitchell in June 1999 and cross-qualified as a solicitor in September 2002 after passing the Qualified Lawyers Transfer test. She is now a Senior Associate.

Rebecca's specialist interests are in Fatal Accident, Neurotrauma and complex Psychological claims.    She has worked closely with specialist partners in terms of Roads Policing work, providing training and support to FLO's surrounding civil procedure and support of bereaved families and clients with life-changing injuries.

Outside of work she is a keen equestrian particularly dressage, leading to an interest in Animals Act Claims.
