About Sarah Davies

Sarah has more than 15 years’ experience in dealing with a wide variety of clinical negligence cases. She has a special interest in surgical cases, especially those cases involving injuries to the bowel and obstetric trauma cases causing sphincter injuries.

Sarah has also dealt with a large number of spinal injury and spinal cord compression cases and a wide variet of acquired adult brain injury cases. 

Sarah has also been regularly instructed by families who have suffered fatalities through clinical negligence.

Sarah has been a member of the Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel since 2015.

Sarah has achieved a number of high value settlements over the course of her career as a clinical negligence lawyer, including recently a number of multi million pound settlements for adult brain injury clients. 

Sarah was formally a partner at Hugh James solicitors in Cardiff for over 6 years before moving to Admiral Law in October 2021 to become their clinical negligence department's team manager.
