I am a Senior Associate working in the Personal Injury Team at Stewarts LLP acting on behalf of individuals who have suffered brain, spinal cord, or amputation injuries. Since qualifying in 2017, I have specialised in catastrophic injury claims. I have particular experience in spinal cord injury claims, helping people following complete and incomplete tetraplegia; complete and incomplete paraplegia and in cauda equina claims. I recognise the importance of early access to rehabilitation following a life changing injury. Where possible I aim to obtain an interim payment and rehabilitation whilst identifying the immediate needs for therapy, equipment and adaptations with the assistance of a case manager.
