About Siobhan McIvor
I have worked in the Personal Injury Department of Osbornes Law, Camden Town, London, as a solicitor since 2001 having begun my legal career as a paralegal in the department in 1998. I was made a partner of the firm in 2012 and have a wealth of experience dealing with a wide variety of accident claims including accidents at work, road traffic accidents and tripping and slipping cases.
I have been awarded and currently hold Senior Litigator status from the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
My aim in every claim is to achieve the absolute maximum compensation award for my client as quickly as possible, making the process as stress-free for my client as I can; as well as ensuring the third party insurer fund early medical rehabilitation to give my client the best chance of making as full and speedy a recovery from the injuries sustained as they can.
