About Sophie Davies
Sophie Davies is a catastrophic injury litigator with over 20 years' experience. She specialises in claims for brain injury and polytrauma/complex orthopaedic injuries arising from accidents at work and road accidents.
She is a Partner at Osbornes Solicitors, an award winning firm, described in Chambers UK as " an exceptional outfit; they take on difficult cases, fight hard and win".
Sophie and Osbornes have close links with Headway East London, a charity dedicated to the support and rehabilitation of people with acquired brain injury. Sophie understands how crucial early access to rehabilitation is in improving outcomes for injured people.
Sophie manages a team of solicitors in the personal injury department and also heads up the Spanish team. She has many clients from Spain, and from the Spanish community in the UK. Most recently she has settled a claim for £1 million for a Spanish road accident victim left with life changing physical injuries.
Sophie's clients say " I am really happy with the result Osbornes solicitors got me and that I received such a personal, friendly service and support throughout."
"Thank you and thank you once again for all your hard work and support through it all. "
Sophie is always happy to answer enquiries about new claims and understands that the decision whether to bring a claim is not always straightforward. She is contactable by email and telephone.
Sophie is on the Law Society personal injury panel and is an APIL accredited senior litigator. She was educated at the University of Oxford and the University of Wales.
Sophie lives in beautiful North London with her husband and 2 sons. She enjoys running, cycling, cooking, and the occasional glass of wine.
