I am a Partner and Head of the Personal Injury and Group Actions Team at Fosters Solicitors - a large multi office practice in Norfolk and Suffolk..

I am a Member and Senior Litigator of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and have been on the Law Society Personal Injury Panel since 1995. I specialise in Head Spinal Injury and  Industrial Disease claims ie claims arising from asbestos, industrial deafness and the excessive use of vibrating power tools. I also have extensive experience in Group Actions eg in claims for defective medical products, breast implants and misprescribed medication. 

My success and experience has been recognised by Headway, where I have been appointed to the specialist solicitors panel for both Headway Norfolk & Waveney and  Headway Suffolk and by The Spinal Injuries Association. Locally I am a member of both the Eastern Region and Norfolk and Waveney Brain Injury Forums.
