I have over 20 years experience of personal injury work and have dealt with numerous complex high value cases. A number of cases I have conducted have settled for damages well in excess of £1million. As a result I have built up strong relationships with rehabilitation experts; case managers; nursing care experts; occupational therapists; architects; property finders; and medical experts in numerous disciplines.

I have dealt with various claims involving: serious brain injuries; spinal injuries; multiple fractures; amputation injuries; and fatal accidents. This has involved commencing actions in the Royal Courts of Justice and working with the Court of Protection. I have also acted on a number of industrial disease cases, especially relating to conditions caused by asbestos exposure.

In addition to conducting cases through the courts I have enjoyed considerable success settling cases by way of round table meeting and mediation. In fact I was able to conclude a case at mediation where an  offer in excess of £16m was eventually accepted.

I have found that rehabilitation plays a vital role in cases and push hard for early intervention in this respect. I have recently successfully completed Headway's Certificate in Brain Injury Studies.
