About Stewart Young
I am a Senior Associate in the clinical negligence team at Stewarts which is ranked in band 1 by the legal 500. I am an APIL accredited Senior Litigator. I have experience of acting on behalf of patients across a wide variety of cases including spinal injuries, brain injuries, birth injures and fatal claims. I also have experience in delay in diagnosis of cancer and sepsis cases. My recent cases include recovering £2.4m for a 69 year old man that sufferred tetraplegia, £1.3m for a 59 year old lady with paralegia and £1.4m for a 36 year old mother who survived sepsis.
