Warren is an APIL fellow and APIL accredited specialist in Brain Injury and Spinal Cord Injury. He is a partner and catastrophic injuries lawyer at Penningtons Manches Cooper LLP, in London, (accredited by APIL, Spinal Injuries Association and Headway) where he handles a broad range of catastrophic injury and fatal accident claims. He has concluded numerous spinal cord injury, brain injury and amputee claims and has recovered in excess of £100M in damages for clients in the courts and in MIB and CICA claims. He is also Chief Assessor for the Law Society’s Personal Injury Panel.

Warren undertakes a significant amount of work in the United States and he is currently a member of the Board of Governors of AAJ (APIL’s sister organisation: The American Association of Justice, formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of America), as well as co-chair of AAJ’s Spinal Cord Injury Litigation Group and secretary to AAJ’s International Practice Section. He is the only UK solicitor member of the Melvin Belli Society of pre-eminent lawyers of America, the American National Crime Victims’ Bar Association as well as listed in the US based National Trial Lawyers Top 100.
