About William Broadbent
William qualified as a personal injury and clinical negligence solicitor in September 2012, having completed his training contract at Penningtons Solicitors (now Penningtons Manches Cooper) in Surrey. William worked at Penningtons until December 2016, when he joined Leigh Day and focussed solely on personal injury (https://www.leighday.co.uk/about-us/our-people/senior-staff/william-broadbent/). William worked in London for 2 years before moving to Manchester in 2019.
William specialises in representing vulnerable road users in road traffic incident and highways claims. He has worked on a range of high value cases involving life changing brain and spinal injury cases. He also represents bereaved families in fatal accident cases. William has a focus on securing early rehabilitation and interim payments for his clients to maximise their recovery while also attempting to minimise any financial pressures.
