Clare is a Partner at Thorntons where she has headed up the Edinburgh office since 2004. A Personal Injury lawyer since 1993, Clare has considerable experience of all types of Personal Injury claims including high value medical negligence cases. She is also a member of the Law Society of Scotland’s Professional Practice Committee and Vice Convenor of the Civil Justice Committee, and was a member of the Society’s working group on DBAs. She is a regular speaker at conferences, recent topics including damages in fatal claims, and QOCS.
