Jonathan is a chartered legal executive at Thomson Snell & Passmore in Tunbridge Wells. He has been employed by regional law firms in the southeast for over 30 years, working only in civil litigation departments. Jonathan is a specialist in the fields of clinical negligence, personal injury and asbestos-related industrial diseases, and has a wealth of knowledge, in these areas acting for claimants. Jonathan has practised in all areas of personal injury gradually working exclusively in this area of law since 2004. He is a Law Society accredited personal injury lawyer and is ranked in the Legal 500, noted to be one of their ‘next generation lawyers’ described as erudite with a strong client focus.
Insofar as noteworthy cases are concerned, Jonathan has reportedly acted for the oldest ever patient to successfully sue the NHS and has settled a mesothelioma case for £430,000.
Jonathan is a member of various regional support groups and is the regional coordinator of APIL’s south east region group.
