Simon has specialised in asbestos cases for victims for most of his career, both as a junior and in silk. He has been involved in many of the leading cases over the last 20 years, including Sienkiewicz, McDonald and Heneghan and has appeared in both the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court on multiple occasions.
He continues to be involved in large numbers of mesothelioma and lung cancer claims, and in higher value and more complex non-malignant claims and regularly appears in the High Court. His caseload includes difficult issues of liability as well as some of the highest value asbestos claims there have been and he is currently working on a number of multi-million pound malignant cases.
