Shahram is a specialist barrister in the fields of personal injury and clinical negligence. He has over 20 years of expertise in handling complex and catastrophic claims on behalf of claimants. His main focus is on claims involving brain/spinal cord injury, loss of limb and fatal accidents. He regularly appears in the High Court and is instructed to attend Coroner’s Courts and Inquires on behalf of his clients.
In the last two years Shahram has represented the majority of the families of the victims of David Fuller in their quest for compensation and was instrumental in setting up the compensation scheme with the NHS/Secretary of State.
Shahram is currently instructed on the Covid-19 Inquiry as well as the Thirlwall Inquiry and has recently been retained in relation to the IVF clinic scandal on behalf of patients who have lost embryos due to the use of defective fluid.
