Simon is head of military within the military and serious injury department specialising in claims against the MoD and more recently in relation to non freezing cold injuries (NFCI’s). One of Simon’s previous NFCI settlements (now published) has been commented on by counsel to be one of the highest NFCI settlement figures he has ever seen totalling over £800K (Gross).

Simon is passionate about his work, thriving on the tough challenges and rapidly changing environment of Law. His forte is litigation and he has a love of advocacy and fighting for justice on behalf of the armed forces and their families.

In 2019 Simon was named in The Legal 500 as a key lawyer with 2 of his reported cases in particular mentioned and a Testimonial of 'Simon Quinn is a very steady pair of hands with a great deal of experience in military claims'.

Simon was the first solicitor & applicant to be awarded with APIL's military injury specialist and assessor status by the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
