David is a Partner in the Glasgow office of Digby Brown. He is also a Solicitor Advocate who is well known throughout Scotland as an expert in Personal Injury. He is also classed as a Senior Litigator by the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
Over the last 30 years David has conducted several high profile actions including the Glasgow Bin Lorry Incident, Lanarkshire school bus crash, Stockline explosion and class actions for workers in the transport and construction industries.
