Master Eastman

Royal Courts of Justice, London

Roger Eastman was called to the Bar in 1978. He had a mixed common law practice latterly centring on Health and Safety matters, particularly with a railway bias. He was appointed as a Deputy Queen's Bench Master in February. He was appointed a full-time Queen's Bench Master in April 2009.

He started hearing asbestos matters in 2008 as a Deputy Master and has been doing so ever since. He and Masters Gidden, Davison, Thornett and some deputies now share the list between them.
