James is a Senior Associate in the Clinical Negligence team working across our Manchester and Taunton offices.
James’ practice includes a broad spectrum of complex clinical negligence work, however he has particular expertise and interest in surgical negligence cases, stroke and Encephalitis, along with fatal accident claims brought by the families of those who have died as a result of clinical negligence.
He is widely praised for his excellent care and his ability to tailor claims to his client’s specific needs and wishes, with referees describing him as “very detailed in his analysis and had a pragmatic approach in getting settlements”.
James has the very rare experience of conducting cases before both the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court
